NO SCHOOL TODAY!

Hi Room 2
I hope you are all safe after last night's earthquake and  remembered your earthquake drill to 'drop, cover and hold!' Did anybody have to evacuate to the Civil Defence centre or up to higher ground with the tsunami alert?

School is closed today, as we have to carry out a safety check to ensure that the classrooms and hall is safe for you to return.

If you can get online today you can carry on with your learning. Please ensure you keep yourself safe. Here are a few tasks for you to work on if you get the chance:

1. Penfriend letter
2. Probability
3. Recount of your 'Earthquake' experience

Please let other members of our school know that there is NO school today.

I hope we can be together again tomorrow. Keep an eye on the Blog and your Mailbox.
My very best wishes to you and your family.
Kind regards
Mrs Ives
